How it runs
- Much higher strength deposit than the standard austenitic stainless rods
- Heat input and interpass temperature must be controlled to hold the phase balance
- Sluggish puddle with dense slag that needs full interpass cleaning
- Bead face is duller than an austenitic deposit and slightly more magnetic
Storage and handling
Store sealed and dry in a warm cabinet, and keep atmospheric exposure short so the covering does not pick up moisture.
