How it runs

  • Higher deposition rate than the all-position version of the same family
  • Large, fluid puddle that will run if taken out of the downhand position
  • Heavy slag that lifts cleanly and leaves a smooth bead

Storage and handling

Store spools sealed with desiccant and rebag partly used spools; flux cored wire absorbs moisture from shop air quickly.
